Just a typical Friday in New Orleans during Carnival season…
We checked out some throws on the 4 p.m. newscast, then Travers Mackel and I manned the WDSU Parade Tracker in Excalibur in Metairie. Great time…except for the float that lost a wheel and delayed the parade for an hour. I ended up not making it back for the 10 p.m. newscast.
