Saints RB Pierre Thomas OUT for Eagles’ playoff game

The Saints will be down a valuable running back when the team kicks off the postseason on the road Saturday night.

Pierre Thomas, a critical component that helps make Sean Payton’s offense go, especially when it comes to the screen game, has been ruled out with a chest injury.

Sean Payton didn’t seem concerned about running back depth when questioned about Thomas’ injury earlier in the week.

Thomas’ absence means an increased load for fellow running backs Mark Ingram, Darren Sproles and rookie Khiry Robinson.

How do you think the injury to Thomas affects the Saints’ chances to win?
